Óscar 'mixwell' Cañellas and Christian 'loWel' Garcia Antoran have created a Spanish mix for the WESG Iberia qualifiers.
Under the Wololos banner, the team will feature OpTic's Oscar "mixwell" Cañellas, Dignitas' Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran, x6tence's David "Kairi" de Miguel and Aitor "SOKER" Fernández as well as G2V's Spanish-Filipino AWPer Rajohn "EasTor" Linato.
The trio of mixwell, loWel, and Kairi most famously played together last year at ESL Expo Barcelona under the gBots banner, after which all of them went on to play internationally. At the same event, EasTor was kicking his career off with x6tence before being picked up by G2V and becoming one of the most talented AWPers in the domestic scene.
SOKER, known for his aggressive entry fragging will be joining as the fifth, bringing x6tence coach Laratz "dracU"Domínguez on board with him. Finally, Cristian "cristian" Altable will be inscribed as a substitute and will play the online part of the qualifier for loWel, who is unavailable until the offline portion which is to be played at Baskonia's Buesa Arena in the Basque city of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
mixwell and loWel were first rumoured to be joining up with Giants, as the Portuguese duo of Christopher "MUTiRiS" Fernandes and Ricardo "roman" Oliveira wouldn't have been able to play the WESG tournament with the Spanish core due to all players having to have the same nationality, but the Spanish-Portuguese side finally qualified for the Clash of Nations LAN in Madrid which will be played at the same time as the WESG Iberia qualifier.
Wololos's lineup will therefore be:
Oscar "mixwell" Cañellas
Christian "loWel" Garcia Antoran
David "Kairi" de Miguel
Rajohn "EasTor" Linato
Aitor "SOKER" Fernández
Cristian "cristian" Altable (substitute)
Laratz "dracU"Domínguez (coach)
